Working with clients and business since 1983 as a tax preparer, planner and business consultant, and being in business in some capacity for most of my life (I grew up working my parents store), I have come to know what people want most from a business relationship.
The definition of the word customer is: “a person who purchases a commodity or service.”
But, in looking up the word client in the Merriam-Webster dictionary, I find the definition to be:
“one that is under the protection of another”
I love that definition. This is the way I see everyone I deal with in my business day in and day out, and it is communicated within our company so that everyone treats each and every person as a client, not just a customer.
We strive each day to be the trusted advisors that protect you. We take the attitude of falling in love with our clients and our goal is to give more than we realize in each and every transaction.
We assess our client’s situation, find out what is the final outcome they need or want, and we do whatever it takes to lead them to that outcome. That is our business model. We have the experience and the resources and connections to make this happen—every time, guaranteed.
I created this website due to overwhelming interest in what is happening in our economy. Not only here in the United States but all over the world. People are worried about their jobs, their businesses, their taxes, their investments, their retirement, their health insurance and medical care options and more.
My goal is to cut through the confusion and tell it like I see it and give you, the reader, concrete ways to take back control of your world. The governments of the world are, for the most part, out of their league in trying to find solutions to this global mess. Our politicians are gunning for us to believe in them to come up with the solutions for the common man. They haven’t got a clue and even if they did, they haven’t got a clue as to how to deal with it.
I’ve been in the tax and financial world for over thirty years and I study this stuff all day. I meet people from all walks of life and we find solutions to their challenges. No, they’re not $12 trillion dollars in debt with a $2 trillion annual budget deficit. But some have had some real doosey situations and as bad as it looked, we were mostly able to take the bull by the horns and really turn it around. Not to say it was always easy, but the satisfaction of taking control of their own lives made it all worthwhile.
